Worst experience

Wish you could choose not to select a star. The worst after sales service you will ever get. I will advise to select another dealership.

Got my car through Hyundai Woodmead end of May, the service on selling the car to me was no problem at all. The sales person followed up with me regularly I didn’t have to call or email, every correspondence was from his side.

When it was time for the paperwork to be confirmed everything started to go sideways. After a struggle getting the paperwork sorted we got the car and were very excited.

After the deal has been processed the after sales was extremely shocking. My car that I trade in was not settled my instalment on my trade in went off and there has been no communication on why this is happening. I battled with them for more than two weeks calling and sending emails all from my side no communication was received from them. We went to go see the Dealership principal Marlin Reddy to rectify this situation and his service was absolutely shocking.

This is not even half of the story…

I completely regret purchasing through Hyundai Woodmead. They took all the excitement and for me which is a big milestone away.
