Terrible service - Hyundai
This seems to be a problem with both the Hyundai's I've been to, Bodfordview (Where I bought the car) and Woodmead (Where I took my car for the first service. The customer service rendered by the Dealer Principal's is terrible, you will be told "We will get back to you to resolve this issue" and then never hear from them again.
My main issue: I took my I20 for its first service to Hyundai Woodmead, I even took it in just under 15000km. The service was done and on the day I got my car back it had a new sound, I could hear the valves tapping away. Strange, the car went in dead quiet and now after the first service I hear the valves. Though it would go away as it was just serviced, it didn't and I investigated.
When they serviced my vehicle the engine was over filled with Oil to about 10mm over the full mark on the dip stick, I only checked this 1500km after the service (I honesty didn't think I needed to quality check an Hyundai dealer). I took it back and they drained the oil to the right level, when I asked if they would record on my service book it was over filled with oil they said "No need", I can still hear the valves on my engine.......
Reported to Hyundai SA and they said they would have the Woodmead Dealer Principal call me, that was week ago.....
