POOR SERVICE & MARLIN REDDY

It's a pity that most of us are seeing all these comments/reviews after making deals with this dealership garage. I bought a pre-owned vehicle Ford Focus from them on the 26th of August 2023, in cash. I was very excited as this was my very first car, little did I know. From the first day that car left their garage, it reported "Engine Service Now". Communication was sent to the sales Lady the same day however I was only getting a response that they would get back to me. Days went by and the challenges of the car kept coming and coming. It began to overheat and leak underneath (Mechanics advised that the aircon was faulty). A short distance of about less than 10km would require me to put coolant/ water in the water pump has they would disappear immediately. Time went by with emails being sent by me but I was only getting little responses and empty promises from them. My dad had to step in and they eventually booked me to Hyundai to check the vehicle in Durban (I am from KZN). Hyundai, unfortunately discovered that the car had water directly to the engine and could not drive back to Joburg. It needs to be towed back and Marlin Reddy is refusing to tow it back and stated that it is not his responsibility. I only have two months with this car and I HAD ALREADY PAID SO MUCH FOR IT!!! This Garage is not accountable by any means and does not care about its customers ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! I suspect that Marlin discriminates against women and his approach is very much unprofessional!! I wish it could be closed for goodness sake!
