Poor service Hyundai woodmead

I have recently traded for a Hyundai I20 1.2 Motion where the service was quick and efficient but now that I’m requesting my new license disk I’m told that they need my car back so they can do the change of ownership and the dekra testing in order to complete the process for the new license and when I originally questioned this I was told I would get it by the end of the week being the 21st of Feb. My concern now is how long will the car I trade ld be on my name since the car I have traded for was not done correctly. I now need to be inconvenienced and my petrol to be used for them to complete the job.

This is just shocking and I’m now regretting going back to Hyundai especially after this service now.
