Marlin Reddy

You have the most rude, arrogant, self centered, ****** branch manager in the Woodmead branch his name is Marlin Reddy, I have a 2 year old car that is still under warranty, it has developed mechanical faults 2 times already. He refused to authorize a courtesy car today, like he did the first time and I had to put up a fight. The car was available and only needed his authorization. He is on a holiday somewhere, when I called him he refused and told me he will tell the security personnel to throw me out, he doesn't care whether I have a car or not and it is non of his business. He said a whole lot of ****y things. Apparently I am not the only customer who is complaining about him. There are many people who have complained even the staff members.
