Hyundai Woodmead sold me a car that had tickets worth R6000 and an Administration Mark

I am extremely furious with how poorly I was treated by the management of Hyundai Woodmead. April 2024 I bought a 2018 Hyundai i10, the license disc was about to expire. When I went to pay for the disc I was told that there was an administration mark on the vehicle, when i went to licensing department I was was told that to remove the admin mark, I should pay for my tickets just to find out there were previous tickets of R6000 from the previous owner. When i informed the manager of Hyundai Woodmead, Chris, he told me he'll sort it out, came back and told me the tickets were paid of. I went back to the licensing department and the tickets are still there, i contacted Chris again and he told me the people at the licensing department are lying, and mentioned that he wasn't present when i was buying the car so why should i be mad at him.
