***** and identity theft

I have never been so insulted my entire life. The hyundai woodmead committed ***** and identity theft with my name and treat this matter as if it's nothing. I called them several times and they say they will call me back but nothing up to so far. The dealer has been making applications for a car finance without my consent, I have never spoken to any one to assist me for a finance and it happend twice on 29/10/2020 and 7/12/2020. This stund tarnished my credit profile and they do not care. I will therefore have no second thought to sue for ***** and identity theft. This is highly unacceptable. Why use my credentials without my permission?. If the application was approved what they going to say to me?. This is ******** act and I won't let it lie down. My contact *** ***
