Defective battery
54000 km ago i bought a Grand I10 feom Hyundai..at its.last service i informed woodmead and Hyundai HQ about a defective battery
The negative post was completely losses and thus would not charge. This is to top it all a maintenance free battery. . I dropped it off at the dealership to check tha***** defective and they still refused to pay for a new.battery.
The Hyundai wonderful 7 year warranty is all smoke and.mirrors. post sale services are not existent.
I still had to pay for a new.battery. the service manager and DP quickly rote off the battery as out of warranty...yet this was not a normal.warranty calim but a defective product
The one start rating is unfortunately your minimum and smallest qty to give...wish you had half and quarter stars
So much for client service
