Car Service

The customer service I received was appalling to say the least at woodmead service centre.Got there today was told to pay for service. Why no one thought it is important to tell me that my second service will be billed. I tried calling the head office......nd guess what phone just kept on ringing.

This is unacceptable for such Big brand......The guy who was assisting tells me the one who helped me the last time was new at the time hence i was not told. So my question is who is responsible for training their staff!!!!!! Will not be using them ever again......
