Service delivery.

After having to deal with their Milnerton branch I decided to change to Somerset West and what a difference. The ladies working in the service department office always go out of their way to be friendly, helpful and informative. This is not a once off thing, I have being going there now for a number of years and the service level never drops. It almost makes it a pleasure to give them your money. stuart shepherd
