********* behavior and poor after sales service

I purchased an approved used vehicle in 2025 and dealer confirmed that there was no accident history and the vehicle had a full service history. There were a few issues (including providing proof of service history) I raised before taking delivery and the dealer committed to addressing it after I take delivery. After taking delivery of the vehicle, I followed up many times with the dealer to address the issues but the dealer only attended to 1 item and did not attend to the others. To date, these issues remain and the dealer has failed to follow-up. In addition, the dealer has failed to provide proof of the full service history and to 'add insult to injury', I have now found out that the vehicle was in an accident and repaired previously. This so called reputable dealership has displayed ********* behavior and provided poor after sales service. I will most certainly not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai Sherwood.
