********* Finance treatment by Hyundai Roodepoort - Hyundai SA shows no interest to address bad dealerships

Stay far away from this ********* dealership. Real pity I have not read the reports on here before one of my employees approached them for a brand new car, at the end of lockdown. In order to get the deal approved, they arranged this with a balloon payment, which my employee did not understand, but they got her to sign. Effective payment date, made when money will not be in her account. Multiple times asking for the same paperwork. The only time Gary vd Bergh (the dealer principal) showed any interest was when the deal was not finalized, after that, they hide behind the poor receptionist -you will not be given his cell number, you have to leave a message and pray he will call you back, which after the deal - he never did. The finance guy (Collin) said he called the bank to change the payment date - of course he cannot change this - again once the deal was done - "I am sorry, you have to take this up with the bank" - completely *********. It is a disgrace that companies get away with this. Most people do not understand contracts and it is the responsibility of the dealership to educate as well - not only think of the next fool they can claim commission on. The worst part, I called Hyundai South Africa - you can not complain with Hyundai SA - you need to take this up with the dealership - what a joke - complain to the person, who treated you badly - thank you Hyundai - your reputation is being destroyed by dealerships and you sit back - let you experience the pain of your "valued" clients when they walk away - you do not deserve any customers. Fortunately South Africans have many other choices. Never buy from Hyundai !
