I Took my vehicle in for loss of power and mind you this is a vehicle i bought last year 2020. Upon arriving i was given a follow up date to bring it in which was a week later. i met a service adviser and told them what the issue is with the car. i further enquired about a loan vehicle should the car take long. The Service Agent dismissed my enquiry and told me this might take a day to be resolved. but i insist that i know so i can make alternative arrangements should it take longer but was told not to worry because we will cross that bridge when we get there. NOW we are at the bridge and i am been told they dont issue out loan cars. Had this issue been entertained when i initially asked about this i would have made a plan not to suffer the way i am now. I WANT A COURTSEY CAR. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE BECAUSE I NEED TO MOVE DAILY HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET BY NOW FOR A FULL MONTH WITHOUT A CAR WHILST I TRIED ADDRESSING THIS BEFORE HAND BUT WAS DISMISSED LIKE I WAS CRAZY.
