Poor service department

Today at Hyundai roodepoort my Tucson was serviced really a poor place to take your vehicle for service no feedback during the service I took it in yesterday so that it would be done early but just by my surprise only after 2 when I phoned them it was taken for a service to the workshop none of my request was done and I received back a dirty car not properly washed and clean management also no urgency.So please reconsider before taking your vehicle there I would not even buy a car there.
