PATHETIC SERVICE

so my car needs to be sent in for warranty for m sure and m sure requests the 125 point check documents on the car do you think that I can get those details for m sure NO! they need to find the documents my ****ing car has been waiting for a week now while im being tossed between dealerships!!! I am ****ing sick and tired of this now!!!!
