Hyundai Rooderport drove me into depression

Andries from Hyundai has literally driven me into depression, I bought my demo car in May but till today the car is not under my name and I have no valid license disk. I was a first time buyer and he had made my experience a horrible one including advising me to pay for a fully serviced car. I have been sending emails expressing my frustrations but not even management has rep****. I have been crying for months.
