This dealership made buying a new car a very bad experience. They add extras to your vehicle agreement without your knowledge. You trust them enough to believe that they will cheat you , They add delivery fees to your finance , They charge you extra for paint although you already agreed on a price for the vehicle. They charge you extra for smash and grab that was not requested by you. Needless to say the dealer principle does not see anything wrong with this. So if you really have to deal with them make sure you don't trust them and make sure you go through your invoice before you sign anything . BTW Charging delivery fees is ******** according to Hyundai South Africa .
