Gearbox problem not solved! Fuel Filter incorrectly installed!

My H1 vehicle had a problem with its gearbox since purchase (brand new), it has a grinding noise upon release. I have taken the vehicke to Hyundai Roodepoort THREE times now for the same problem over the last 3 years, They still cannot fix it. This year they kept for SIX weeks, and absolutely nothing was done. They claim that they waiting for a part from Korea, but there is no proof that the gearbox was stripped and inspected. They have failed to provide to any paper regarding the job. I was promised by Carmen that it will be sent via email. Still nothing. Furthermore there is an issue now with the fuel filter that was not installed correctly now it is spitting out fuel and my garage is smelling full of fuel!!! Hyundai Roodepoort is not recommended for any service!!! I want Hyundai SA to take responsibility and fix all the problems by QUALIFIED, TRAINED technicians immediately!
