“Expired service plan”

Totally unhappy with Hyundai Roodeport. I bought my car absolutely brand new from Hyundai Roodeport in 2022, the Agent that assisted me advised that the car comes with a service plan for 2 years or until 30k kms. Took my car in for the first serve last year at 15k kms, took my car today for the 2nd and last service under their service plan, only to find out that my car is no longer under the service plan😡😡😡. They explained that the Agent **** and misinformed me about the service plan, told me that Agent Clent was fired due to such cases, Don’t buy cars at Hyundai Roodeport, they sell first time car buyers cars at false adverti*****t, who’s fault is it that I was misinformed and **** to by their Agent in order for him to make sales? Hyundai agents are taking advantage of first time car buyers. Their service plan sucks! False adverti*****t and pretences! Now I have to fork out R3600 from my own pocket while I was under the impression that my car’s service was sorted out for this year! First time car buyers, beware of these ****** at HYUNDAI ROODEPORT!
