Despicable Service

My car has always come to Hyundai roodepoort but for over a year I have had nothing but shocking service, no feed back what so ever and complete incompetence from their workshop, this has been escalated to head office with empty promises from them too. My car was misdiagnosed and I ended up spending a fortune I don’t have and I still sit with the same problem for months on end, no body bothers to follow up, I actually no longer trust this workshop with my car after the most ridiculous comments from rude workshop management! As mentioned, it’s over a year, Hyundai has my money and I have a problematic car. Unfortunately the dealer principal who was trying to be helpful has left, don’t blame him, but surely promises made on Hyundai behalf should be honored. Please stay away from Roodepoort workshop!!!
