Clutch system damage

Hi, I took my car (Hyundai i20) 2011 model to be fixed at hyundai Florida around april/may 2019.there was smoke coming out my engine I knew something was burning. I stopped and called my insurence to tow my car to Hyundai, they found that my clutch system was faulty and was burning and needed to be replaced, I paid R7800 for my car to be sorted. 4 months later on 21st of September my car broke down again I took it to the same hyunday seeing the problem was similar but this time there was no smoke or burning signs visualized. The lady called me and said my car problem was not with the clutch system and therefore they going to open the gearbox to find the source of the problem, a few days later I called her to enquire and she told me my clutch system had burnt again and I asked but it was fixed less than 6months so it should be under warranty and she said no I caused the damage I must pay R8k now. I must come and see. I'm being ********** here if they used a brand new part and I paid so much for it how can an expensive part like that be damaged in 4 months when I had the car since 2011 and never ever encountered such prior!! I'm not happy at all with Hyundai service at all. Please help, do I need to pay for such?? Thanks.
