Bad service from Hyundai Roodepoort

I wrote a complain about the service, I had received from Hyundai Roodepoort to their head office. They also told me about skipped service No further investigation was conducted to check if my car was indeed damaged by lack of service. I went to get my car from Hyundai Roodepoort, to find computer box was removed. What does it tells me??
