Hyundai service very dissapointing

I am very dissapointed with Hyundai Sandton, my experience with them has been good since 2018 until my i20 had a mechanical problem on the 19 November 2021.so the car was brought to their premises on the 19th November to date i have not received any updates or feedback to confirm the issue on my car, i jave to constantly make follow ups as a result i doubt they even make follow ups from their sides for the parts taht they claim to jave ordered. Woow ridiculous service,i doubt they even care about their clients. To date i dont have any means of transport and because they dont care they didn't even offer a courtesy car to use meantime. I would not recommend hyundai to anyone. Another thing when you call to make a follow up they transfer you from one person to another then you ending up with the one that doesn't even know what you talking about, then you have to start all pver again explaining, this is very annoying and stressful because at the end of the call you dont even get reasonable answer instead you get same story.
