I booked my car in at Hyundai Sandton (https://www.hyundai.co.za/dealers/sandton) on 22 September 2020 to change the locks and get central locking. They somehow broke a part when removing the steering and said that I had to pay. We then went to see and a manager confirmed that it was not wear and tear, but it was in fact the Hyundai team that broke a part. The part was shipped from overseas and I was promised to get my car back on 20 October. Today is the 27th October and we had to make contact as nobody called us, Only to be told that the car will be ready on 6/7 November.

I have No car to travel because of Hyundai's mistake and I am still suffering. No car rental options were offered, and no contact made still.

I would not recommend this poor service to anyone at all.
