HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED

I went through to Hyundai Sandton on Saturday the 07th of December, we walked around for 30 minutes before someone came to assist us, this gentleman told us that they have a special on the Elantra and the Creta, R 45,000 deal assist and R 30,000 deal assist respectively. We asked for our vehicle to valuated for a trade in as we were interested in the Elantra, I was told that he was unable to do a valuation due to the system being down and took my address and said he would come to view the vehicle as I worked just behind the dealership, Today is the 11th of December and no one has called, so I went down to the dealership for him to valuate the car, he did not even remember me and then he says we said we would bring the car back for him to valuate, which was not the case. A colleague of his then says that the Elantra special is over, which the guy who was assisting me wasn't even aware off!! What kind of customer service is that! We have to run around your sales people and they don't even know what is on promotion or not. It was a complete waste of my time, energy and money! I don't know how you guys can operate like this!
