Excellence in Customer service n great communication

I would like to extent my sincere happiness with the kind of assistance i got from Jessica, i didnt get her surname but since she took my car in for service on Monday the 12th April, she has managed to keep me informed about every aspect of my car being booked for service. i was a bit worried when she informed me that they will have to keep my car overnight for further inspection but the manner in which she assisted me. I believe that every service advisor should have the kind of hospitality like hers, she actually went an extra mile for me, i can recommend anyone to deal with a lady with so much expertise like her. She kept me in the loop everytime and about every small change of plans they came up with. I am super happy with her service. I strongly believe that she should be a manager in Customer satisfaction department because clearly shes good with custuomer
