I wouldn't recommend anyone to do purchase a vehicle from Hyundai Sandton because of their ********* business practices. I purchased a vehicle from them only after their insistence to make the deal by the Wednesday of that week in order for them to make their sales target. When I got there with the trade-in, they had the offer to purchase ready for signing together with the valuation of the trade-in signed by the Manager. The deal was done and I received the keys and drove off with the vehicle. The next day they decided that they didn't want to do the deal due to internal 'mistakes' made by the salesman. They are totally ************! They met their sales target but *********ly canceled the deal once they had, to re-sell the vehicle. Gary Herbert is the Dealer Principal who has no ethical or moral principles at all and sets the same example for the rest of his team. The Hyundai Head Office and MOTUS were unprofessional and unresponsive. The Customer care agent was dismissive and provided no support or feedback on my official complaint. I am disgusted by the loathsome business practices of a large dealership like MoTUS to promote such actions. Based on the many complaints found here, it's evident that there are serious business ethics issues that are not being addressed.
