Very bad car and treatment

I brought an a 2018 Elantra brand new. A year later, the clutch pedal started making a noise. I took the car in a bout five times. All this time they confirmed to have fixed the issue, but they have not. The car is now out of maintenance plan and they say I must pay. So twice a year or more I will be paying to fix a clutch that came already faulty
