Terrible service

What a terrible service from Hyundai Kramerville, the lady by name Sharlotte very rude and she didn't even ask if I have extended warranty to fix my gearbox, she kept on dropping my calls on my ear. She just told me to pay. When I call my service provider they told me I'm covered and dealer never even call check if I'm I have extended warranty. Now they are telling me that in order for the gearbox to be fixed, the car will be there for a week, while service provider for the warranty says, it will take 24 hours, when I speak to the manager Mr Govender who promised fast track process, I doubt if this will even happen.
