Worst service ever

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever.I called them the first time tonhave my car towed I called at 4 and told them rhat my car stopped in my mothers driveway it needed to be delivered to the shop by 7. They sais two times are an hour no problem. After am hour I did not receive a text from them ans no one showed up and it turns out that they never even created the ticket. She left me on hold for 15 mintues total to resolve the issue so now it is closer to 6 and I need my car at the shop by 7. She then tells me that she has expedited my request and there is a truck 7 miles away. 5 minutes after I get off the phone with her I get a call from the dispatcher telling me there is no driver in my area and it will be an hour. This lady whose name was Ashley dis not do her job the first time then **** to me the second time and still did not do her job. I have a life ans kids and no time for this. If she would havw done her job in the first place I would not be in this time crunch I am ****ed. They are horrible never buy a Hyundai or use their **** service
