Pathetic Service

I unfortunately found myself stuck on the side of the road in Sandton one evening. Called Hyundai roadside assistance who promised me a technician will be with me in 45minutes, 2 hours later and 3 phone calls later someone came and told me the other technician forgot about me. So much for service.
