Money trap

My vehicle went in to Hyundai still under Warranty coz it couldnt start. They apparently found no fault even thou I have witnesses that it couldnt start and now they give me a invoice for the towing even thou I said before I will get the vehicle in and they phoned me back stating not to worry they will tow and it wont cost me nothing. On the Invoice parts has been worked on that is under Warranty and no labor was charged only towing.<br> <br> I took the vehicle for a test drive then was unhappy and stopped at a police station with the mechanic and requested his managers to join us so we can talk on neutral grounds whereupon the managers refused and the mechanic fled from the police station.<br> <br> I still stayed at the police station for another hour waiting for someone from Hyundai but nobody came. I started driving home when I found the mechanic and requested him to go back to the police station and he fled further.<br> <br> I have numerous times tried to contact Hyundai so we can resolve the matter but they are refusing to talk.<br> <br> Now Hyundai Hatfied is threatening me with court case were they dont even want to talk this out.<br> <br> Hyundai also didnt even look at all problems.
