Car still not going after 2 days

On the 26th February after being on holiday for 4 weeks we came back to a dead ix35. I phoned Hyundai roadside assistance (as the car and battery are still under warranty) who sent the local tow truck round to the house. They asked if WE had jump cables!!!! which we don't and it was evident the battery is finished. They said they would bring a new battery on the 27th, needless to say they didn't. Phoned Hyundai who promised to find out what's happening and phone me back, still waiting. 2 days without my car is a joke. Hyundai never agian!!!!
