Bad Treatment and Service

I own a 2015 Hyundai IX35. The car will be two years in September 2017. On Tuesday, 2 May 2017 I was driving home when my car suddenly lost power and started making a terrible noise. Upon inspection, I noticed that the exhaust had fallen off. I immediately notified Hyundai's Roadside Assistance. I must be honest, they were quick to send the tow truck. However, I was left stranded. I had to call friends whilst I was standing in one of the most dangerous areas of the Western Cape, Mfuleni. The next day sent an email to Hyundai explaining to them the consequences of not having a car. They did not seem to care at Mr Pierre Schoeman, from Somerset West Hyundai informed me that they did not have cars available to loan and that I should make my own arrangements to travel to and from work, to drop off my kids at school, to drop off my wife at work and to drop take my kids to sport practices. I found this to be very unfair. Hyundai left me stranded whereas their car, which is less than two years exhaust just fell off. Up until today I have not received my car back. Hyundai does not even bother to maintain regular contact with me. I am the one who has to do all the follow ups with them. I have this on record. Its stressful. I have already spent over R1500 as I have to loan cars from different people in order to be able to do all my errands. I need your urgent assistance.
