Pathetic customer service

Worst service ever!!! No communication and no customer service!! I purchased a vehicle last month from Hyundai pmb and was given a permit and was advised my number plates will be delivered to me within 30 days.. I was told the driver had an issue and could not deliver it which I understand these things happen. I then sent a message Monday the 17/01/2023 and was told the driver is on the way. I am still waiting and no proper communication.
