Ignoring potential buyers

You walk into the showroom and people behind the desk just look at you and leave you wondering around looking for help. Eventually you get helped. The car salesman helping me and myself were ignored by the lady manageress who was having a long conversation with another employee even though she was aware we were waiting for her and tried to get her to come to us when we needed help about some information. After being deliberately ignored for too long I left to rather do business with another car company.
