Dents on my vehicle

I had booked my vehicle in for a service and upon receiving my vehicle which was handed over to me by the guy washing the vehicle I noticed major dents and dings on my car , when I asked them what had happened they just informed me they will look at they video footage and get back to me.

The service is absolutely horrible. Now my car which I should state is only two years old .
