Bad Service and No Feedback.

Extremely disappointed in the service received. My Hyundai Venue started mixing water and oil and seized while driving. It was taken to hyundai pmb and has been there for 4 weeks now with no progress. The lady Delene promises to give updates but then goes silent. If I don't call to check what is happening no one gets back to me. I have resorted to sending my partner to physically go and check on progress. I also was not told about the extent of the damage until I had to all. The entire engine block needs to be replaced but my claim was only submitted 4 weeks later. I'm disappointed as they seem not to care about customer service.
