Terrible after sales service

Absolutely terrible after sales service. Been trying to resolve a warranty issue with them now for 3 years. Staff are absolutely rude and promise to follow up and get back to you, then never do. From the service agents to the dealer principal. Avoid at all costs. It might end up costing you.
