Spent 1.5 hours at Hyundai Pinetown - test drove vehicle and signed OTP to be told vehicle sold. Requested to speak with dealer principle, Mark who advised his branch has over 50 consultants and is difficult to manage. I felt that the focus is on selling quantity, transactional wherein the relational value is lost.
