Spare key from Hyundai Pinetown I never received.

I am so disappointed with service I’m currently receiving from Hyundai Pinetown. I got my replacement car from my insurance from them and the guy that was helping me was Kavish Maharaj. Got the replacement and never got the spare key coz he said the previous owner for the car never brought the spare key, there still waiting for it and he will call once he has the key. 2 years later I’m still waiting for the key. Lost my key and want the spare key that I never got. He said there longer have my key with them. It’s been to long I ddnt pickup, but no one phoned or informed me there got the key for me to pickup. Spoke to his manager but still did not get any help. When I write on WhatsApp Kavish just ignore my messages. I phoned him he said I have call locksmith coz they don’t have the key for me he can refer someone if I want to.
