Shoddy service

Communication is poor. Repair work on my car was due in January 2023. Service manager never contacted me back. I called twice, and am still waiting. Calls were transferred to the wrong department or I was kept waiting until the call was cut off. The doors on my 5yr old Creta are rusting and the warranty was valid in January, but I've been kept waiting until the warranty has expired.
