Service book enquiry

Called in for something simple, just a service book on my vehicle purchase, got transferred 7 times, asked the 7th person, someone by the name of Amelia if I'm not mistaken to get the right person to urgently call me back.. 4 days gone still no call back. Worst customer service ever and for just a service book, very bad service for a dealership as big as Hyundai Pinetown.
