Pre-Owned Department Vehicle service levels are shocking!

Not happy at all and will never buy another vehicle from this branch or any Hyundai outlet --- my 4th vehicle and 6th from my family (my daughter & son-in-law each had one) in 10 years. Salesman makes promises that he cannot keep, vehicle not ready for collection at the appointed time, vehicle not cleaned properly, vehicle wasn't kitted out like I wanted despite empty promises and still waiting nearly 2 weeks after trade-in for the cash difference between my traded in vehicle and the one I took and salesman either doesn't answer his phone or my emails.

I've even emailed the Dealer Principle and Pre-Owned Manager who both made promises verbally and via email but alas still waiting for a confirmation of payment.
