Poor service by Hyundai Pinetown

We bought a brand new Hyundai Grand i10 about a year ago. Hyundai prides itself on a 7-year warranty for the paintwork and for the rust. We noticed rust on the bonnet. All attempts to contact Hyundai have failed and they are not returning my calls.
