Poor service at this branch !

My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a huge disappointment! Especially with the sales agent Shafee who is absolutely ***********! He was quick to ask for all my documents but after that it was a mission get feedback from him, last he told me my deal was pre-approved and in validation , since then I haven’t heard from him. I had sent him numerous messages on WhatsApp which he has read but blatantly ignored!! I tried calling him to no avail. I even called the dealership and he answered but once I told him it’s me he cut the call on me, talk about a ***** agent! Even the managers of the dealership are hard to get hold of I called the dealership and asked to speak to the managers but was told they in a meeting at 11am, and that they will call me back which I am still waiting for! A very frustrated and unhappy client , I hope Hyundai sees this message and change the staff in that branch ! Or they will continue to loose potential clients due to poor service.
