Poor service

Unhappy with services at sales, I traded in my car to buy new one they took forever to send letter or settlement ignoring my calls even after i called to escalate the matter. I wish i saw reviews before purchase and ive noticed people of color are most not happy as compared to other races my general concern is we being undermined.Totally unacceptable.
