Poor customer support

I bought my car in April 2023. I did not receive my spare key. My salesman Sphamandla Mgobhozi promised to order it for me since they did not have it in stock for some reason. I have called the dealership back and forth and I have yet to receive my spare key. I spoke to the Manager of the dealership and he said “I cannot promise a spare key” and said I should speak to my salesman. I last spoke to them in Jan 2025 and my issue was not resolved. I locked my car keys in my car and had to call a locksmith. Had I had a spare key this wouldn’t be an issue.
