POOR COMMUNICATION AND FALSE PROPOSALS

So i was promised by a Salesman Justin Naicker from Hyundai Pinetown that Smash & Grab would have been installed on my brand new Hyundai Grand i10 2024 as well as a free medical kit bag. The financial manager confirmed with Justin and we set off. I went back to Hyundai Pinetown to receive my number plates and questioned what is happening with the Tint and accessories. Justin confirmed once again with the manager in my presence and they both said it will be done. After numerous unanswered calls by Justin and their so-called Sales Manager Clint there still isn't feedback. There has been no communication from Hyundai Pinetown and i would seriously not recommend anybody buying from there to becareful to not taken for ride and promised accessories. The Salesmen,Sales Manager & Financial Manager are serious ****s.
