Poor and bad service ever

Poor and bad service all throughout, it been 5 months now I haven't got a disc for my car , and boom registered the car with my other car license number plate and gave that car a new reg number I'm so disappointed poor poor dealership, black male stuff arrogant they just drop the call on your face while you still talking, they will ask you to leave your number so they can call you, but they will never call, nonsense dealership
